Step-by-step
- Find your local Eurofins brand — common ones: Biomnis (France), Megalab (Spain), Genoma (Italy), GeneLab (CZ, SK).
- Go to the patient portal indicated on your sample collection receipt (URL is printed there).
- Sign in with the credentials or QR access code provided.
- Open Results in your local language.
- Pick the order and click the download / PDF icon.
- Save the file (usually 150–400 KB).
Heads-up
- Eurofins brands have inconsistent UIs — some portals require the order ID from the receipt, not just login.
- If the access code is single-use, save the PDF immediately — the link may expire.
- Genetic / specialty Eurofins reports (food intolerance, microbiome) have non-standard formats — those rows may parse partially. Upload anyway; we extract what we can.
What we extract
Standard panels parse cleanly regardless of the source language. Eurofins specialty reports (allergy panels, hormone profiles, fertility tests) include extra context — we surface it and flag what's clinically significant.
