Export your Living DNA raw data

Step-by-step

1. Sign in at livingdna.com.
2. Open your kit → Settings → Data and downloads.
3. Click Download raw data.
4. Living DNA emails you a one-time download link (usually within minutes).
5. Save the resulting .zip — typically 6–9 MB.

What's in the file?

Inside is a tab-separated .txt with header comments and around 650,000 SNPs inrsid · chromosome · position · genotype format. Upload the .zip or the extracted .txt — both work.

Heads-up

• Living DNA uses the GSA chip — coverage of pharmacogenomic SNPs (CYP genes) is decent.
• If you bought a "Wellbeing" upgrade, only the autosomal portion is exported here — that's the part we need.

Privacy reminder

Raw genotype in-memory only. Deleted within 24 hours. The report stays in your dashboard until you wipe.
